Any registered KanCAT user can join — freelancers, project managers, agency owners, bloggers, and consultants. There is no application process and no minimum referral count. Sign up, get your link, start sharing.
You earn 20% recurring commission when you refer a paying LSP or translation agency. You earn 10% recurring commission when you refer a freelance translator. Both rates apply for as long as the referred customer keeps their paid subscription.
Recurring means you get paid every month the referred customer pays KanCAT — not just for the first payment. If someone you refer stays on a paid plan for two years, you earn commission for two years.
No. Referrals are tied to your individual KanCAT account, not to your organisation. If you are a project manager at an agency and you refer a client, the commission goes to you personally.
Commissions are paid monthly. You choose your preferred payout method when you set up your referral account. There is no minimum balance required before your first payout.
Your link tracks for the lifetime of the referred customer's account. There is no cookie expiry window — if someone clicks your link today and signs up six months later, you still earn the commission.
No limit. Refer one person or one hundred — every qualifying referral earns commission at the same rate.
A referral qualifies once the person you referred upgrades to any paid KanCAT plan (Starter or above). Free-plan sign-ups do not generate commission until they convert to paid.
